EXCHANGE

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to replace a product, send us an email at support@kobol.io with description of the defect or damage along with your order number.

Our exchange policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since you received your product (based on shipping tracking information), unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

REFUND

Unfortunately we can’t offer a return & refund policy. We only offer an exchange policy for defective or damage products.

RETURN

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
